Professional Development for Research Postgraduates (RPGs)
The RPG professional development organized by CELT has adapted the Researcher Development Framework (RDF) developed by Vitae (http://www.vitae.ac.uk), a national organization supported by the U.K. research council promoting personal, professional and career development of doctoral researchers and research staff in higher education institutions.
